There are lots of wonderful cycle routes from Great Trethawle. Cycling on quiet Cornish lanes with the sun on your back is surely one of life’s greatest pleasures! Admittedly, I was grateful for the battery when it came to climbing Cornwalls third steepest hill! There are some wonderful family friendly off road routes just 30 mins drive from Great Trethawle, and lots of more challenging routes as well for those who fancy it.
